About Becky
Becky is all about bringing people together, getting creative, and adding her artistic touch to everything she does. She loves working with communities, organisations, and groups to spark imagination, create amazing art, and build connections.
Values
These are the values that guide my work. They shape how I create projects, work with communities, and bring creativity to life for people of all ages.
Inclusivity
I create spaces where everyone feels welcome and able to take part. I pay attention to different needs, make space for every voice, and create environments where people belong.
Creativity
I believe creativity is for everyone, its not about being good at drawing. I champion creativity for its wider benefits, from imaginative problem-solving to personal growth.
Exploration
I value curiosity and play. I create space for people to experiment, take risks, and discover what they’re capable of.
Integrity
My work is rooted in respect and authenticity. I collaborate with honesty and care, making sure projects are meaningful and fair.
Achievement
I want people to feel proud of what they make and do. I celebrate progress and growth as much as the final result.
Practicality
I design projects that are realistic, accessible, and achievable, without losing creativity or joy.

Becky’s Story
Becky gained the nickname “the arty one” in her class thanks to her Year 1 teacher’s high praise for her painting of Van Gogh’s Sunflowers and recognition of her “creative flair” during a parents’ evening. The cherished painting once adorned her parents’ wall and now graces Becky’s home studio, serving as a reminder of the profound impact of a little encouragement and acknowledgement.
Her childhood and teenage years were filled with craft kits and art qualifications, setting the stage for her to pursue a degree in Fine Art: Sculpture at the Cass School of Art, London Metropolitan University. During her studies, she delved into textile sculpture, collage, and printmaking, embracing a world of creative possibilities.
Following her education, she embarked on a career in university outreach and education before moving to the participatory arts charity, People United, where she worked as a creative producer for 6 years. In this role, she supported artists to collaborate with community groups, delivered impactful campaigns for World Kindness Day, facilitated training, and contributed to the development of valuable resources.
Since 2019, Becky has been self-employed, bringing her creativity to life through dynamic workshops and commissioned projects. Her work has reached diverse groups, including older people with dementia, lively hen parties, families, youth clubs and inspiring young minds in primary schools.

Neurodiversity
Becky has dyslexia. When you work with her, get ready for super-detailed budgets, solid plans, and loads of creative ideas. Plus, she’s a total whizz at Dobble and similar visual memory games.
Sustainability
Becky is passionate about using recyclable materials and is adept at repurposing scraps and leftovers. She takes pride in ensuring that the outcomes of her projects and workshops are of excellent quality and have a meaningful impact beyond the initial project.
