For the third year I kickstarted the annual arts week at Riverview Infants School by working with each class to co-create a large-scale artwork for the school hall.
For 2021 I selected the artist Yinka Shonibare, through workshops they discovered more about the artist’s life and art. Together we used the wax resist technique to create our own artwork inspired by his toy paintings.
The project involved 360 young artists aged 4 – 7 years old.
