Becky worked with local people from Portsmouth, Healthy Walks and The D-Day Story to create a community story map to share local stories about D-Day and Portsmouth.
The story map features designs, doodles and photographs created by people in Portsmouth through a social media campaign. As well as stories gathered by talking to key members of the community, veterans and volunteers over the phone and video calls.
The map can be used to:
- Find out about people connected with D-Day in Portsmouth
- Inspire you to take a walk and explore around the city
- Discover new places in and around Portsmouth
